Song: The Long Road
Album: Ghost Tigers Rise
Tuning: standard
Ok. Why hasn’t this been tabbed yet? 10th track off of
Tiger Army’s 3rd album. This is their 1 country song that
they feature on each album. Their country songs are actually
very popular and they often perform them live. So, I had
to get this one right. and I’m sure I did. There’s nothing
to this song as far as rhythm. It just has 3
chords. but it does contain a very
very very nice solo that’s played twice and has that pedal steel sound
that Nick plays in “Outlaw Heart”. Sounds better if
you have the luxury of a bigsby. Let’s go!

Alright guys that’s it. I only included the main parts. You should
have no problems figuring out when he plays the verse, chorus or solo.
Oh, BTW, play the D chord right before he goes in the solo. Check out my
tab for “Calling”. Up next is “Swift Silent Deadly. Have fun!
